On 14th July 2026, peacefully at home in Oswaldtwislte, Kathleen, aged 80 years, passed away peacefully with her loving husband Peter by her side. Devoted wife of Peter, loving and caring mum of Louise, Lee and David, cherished grandma of Callum, Luke, Ethan, Halle and Hayden. A sadly missed mother-in-law and dear friend to many.
Kathleen’s parents owned and ran Reeders Grocery and Florist shop, which Kathleen ran after her father’s retirement. Later in life she worked on stalls within Accrington Market. In retirement Kathleen enjoyed arts and crafts, spending her time creating oil paintings of land and sea scapes as well as being a member of a local pottery painting group. She had her own kiln at home and loved to gift her plates and other items to family and friends. Kathleen and Peter shared a love of travelling and had visited many wonderful places in the world. Kathleen was loving and kind, she loved animals, music and dancing. Remembered with love today and always.
