Michael Trevor McNeil ‘Mick Mac’

Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at East Lancashire Hospice on 31st August 2024, Mick aged 57 years of Clayton-le-Moors. The loving and proud dad of Samantha and Curtis, special step-dad of Tom, Aleric and Britney, cherished and doting grandad of Faye, Phoebe, Emie, Alicia, Kane and Evie, loved brother of Geoff and Daz and the late Lisa, Mick also leaves his beloved Emma, sister-in-law Pam, Son-in-law Andy and his nieces and nephews Ryan, Louis, Molly and Morgan, his best pal Woz and his many amazing relatives and friends.

Former band member, Mick loved music a passion that remained with him throughout life and he loved to mess about playing his guitar. He was a well known and loved face in the local community and a regular at the local pubs where he would chat away to his many friends whilst enjoying a pint or two. His working life was as a plasterer and his career saw him travel across the UK. He loved to spend time fishing, often accompanied by his nephew Ryan. Mick was the most loyal and loved family man and always looked forward to spending time with his family and he adored all of his grandchildren and cherished every moment with them.

Mick was loved by many and will be greatly missed but fondly remebered.

Formal funeral attire requested but if you have a leather jacket please feel free to wear.
