Anita Wendy Myers

Peacefully surrounded by her loving family on 14th September 2024, Anita aged 86 years of Rishton. The devoted wife of the late Arthur, loving mum of Allen and Andrew, loved mother-in-law of Cherie, a cherished nanna and great-nanna and a dear relative and friend to many.

Anita was a truly devoted family lady who gave her life to raising her family and keeping the family home running like clockwork and in later years she became the most loving and caring nanna and always looked forward to gathering the family for a celebration. She was an active member of Rishton Christian Fellowship and was always on hand to help out with church events and activities. Anita loved to keep herself busy and she was an avid knitter and reader. When the sun was shining she would be out in the open air tending to her beloved garden, watching the world go by and chatting to friends and neighbours.
