On 16th August 2026 Gianfranco passed away in his home aged 74 years. Ex husband of Jill, Loving dad to the Late Tim and Vicky, father figure to Jane, grandad of Jamie, Great Grandad of Isla-Mai and Grandad-in-law to Niamh.
Born in Blackpool in 1952 Gianfranco moved to the blackburn area and worked as a DJ in The Dirty Duck. He married Jill in the early 70’s and had two child, Tim and Vicky. After Jill and Giafranco separated they remained friends and he would become a great friend and father figure to Jill’s daughter, Jane. Gianfranco was a solitary person who enjoyed his own company and a quiet existence. In later life he suffered with health issues which restricted him to his home. Gianfranco will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
