Peter joined Champs in February 2026, bringing with him nearly 30 years of dedicated experience within the funeral profession. Beginning his career at just 16 years old, he has developed extensive knowledge across every aspect of funeral service, earning a reputation for his professionalism, compassion, and commitment to supporting families during some of life’s most difficult moments.
Born and raised in Bolton, Peter later moved to Darwen in 2021, where he continues to serve his local community with care and understanding. Throughout his career, Peter has worked in a variety of roles within the funeral industry, giving him a well-rounded and practical understanding of both the personal and professional responsibilities involved in arranging meaningful farewells.
Holding a Diploma in Funeral Directing, Peter combines formal qualifications with decades of hands-on experience. His time working as a Funeral Celebrant has also given him a deeper appreciation for the importance of creating personal, respectful, and memorable services tailored to each individual and family. Known for his calm and approachable nature, Peter takes pride in guiding families with empathy, dignity, and reassurance at every stage of the funeral process.
