Faithful Jehovah's Witness

Winifred Margaret Bell (Freda), died aged 80 on Sunday 24th June 2018 at her home.

She was born on 9th July 1937 in Blackpool to Frederick and Alice Hibbins.

Freda will be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, aunty and friend.  She had the ability to reach people in a positive way.  She was baptised as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1962 and served her God Jehovah faithfully all her life, endeavouring to help others get to know the God that she loved.

Freda is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years Derick, daughter Karen, son Lee, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Derick and family would like to thank the Macmillan nurses, district nurses and Intensive Home Support Service for the care they gave to Freda.

Donations are being received in memory of Freda on behalf of Kingdom Hall and World Wide Work of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Freda firmly believed in the promise recorded in the Bible at John 5:28,29

Freda Bell has gone away, but she’ll be back again one day, That’s a promise made and true, by the one who died for me and you.
