Wendy Louise Roe

Wendy passed away on the 24th June 2022 aged 52 years.

Loving wife to Denis, cherished mum to Daniel, Nathan, Sharon, Zac and Robert, dearly loved daughter to Moya, adored grandma to all of her grandchildren, much loved sister to Terry, Paul, James and Julie and a loyal friend to many.

Wendy was a kind hearted lady who always cared for everyone. She had an interest in helping the homeless and disadvantaged people. Wendy produced several pieces of artwork that were hung in Accrington Town Hall as part of a project to help raise awareness of the issue of homelessness.
Wendy was a lover of animals, especially her beloved cats. She would always try to help stray cats and to re-home unwanted ones and was in regular contact with Andy from Friends of the Cats charity shop in Accrington.
Family flowers only please, Cash donations in memory of Wendy are being gratefully received on behalf of Happy Cats C/o Champ Funeral Services
