Thomas's funeral service will be held at St Wulstan's RC Church, Great Harwood followed by Interment at Dill Hall Cemetery
Thomas Walter Heyes
On the 4th June 2021 at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Thomas aged 84 years of Clayton Le Moors.
The devoted husband of the late Alma, much loved dad of Julie and Gary, loving grandad of Paul, Cari and Drew, special great grandad to Madison and Dakota dear brother to Gladys, Joe and Jimmy, much loved father in law of Kathryn and a loyal friend to many.
Thomas spent his working life at various companies Allspeeds, English Electric and Hambledon Mill where he was a highly thought of member of the working team.
Thomas had a long and happy marriage to his late wife Alma and they spent many of happy times on holiday travelling the world along with Alma’s sister constance, they were inseparable. Scotland was a place he loved they would visit often and he always loved the drive there.
In his spare time Thomas loved the Horses, Cricket, Football and Rugby.
More recently Thomas enjoyed drives out with his son Gary, he loved the scenic routes to Settle Skipton and Stoneyhurst College where they would get a coffee sit in the car and Reminisce.
Thomas will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving
