Terence Michael Clifton (Terry)

In hospital on 14th May 2019, Terry aged 86 years of Church, Accrington. The devoted husband of the late Margaret, loving dad of Anne, dear father-in-law of Colin, cherished grandad, great grandad, great-great grandad and a dear brother.

Former member of Clitheroe Amateur Dramatics, Terry was also a pub and club singer.  He was best known for running Church St Chippy and his delicious fish and chips.  An avid fisherman, Terry loved to spend time by the water fishing away with his beloved wife Margaret by his side. He also loved to spend time with his two dogs, Rebel and Chips, who went everywhere with him.

Terry served in the Navy for 14 years with Fleet Airarm on HMS Ark Royal and travelled all over the world.
