Devoted family lady and proud grandma

Peacefully surrounded by her loving family on the 18th May 2018, Susan aged 66 years of Baxenden. The devoted and much loved wife of John, loving mum of Amanda and Jonathan, dear mother-in-law of Paul and Catherine, cherished grandma of Jamie and Hollie.

Susan worked at Joseph Arnolds on the housewifes’ evening shift and at Wardleworths Bookshop for over 15 years, a job which she really enjoyed and where she made many good friends. She also enjoyed her work at Asda where she worked for 15 years up until her retirement. A real dog lover, Susan always had pet dogs and could often be seen out walking with her beloved four legged companions. She also loved her holidays to Greece where she would relax in the sunshine. Above all, Susan was devoted to her family. She was a very proud grandma who loved to spend time with her two grandchildren and spoil them at every opportunity.
