Stewart Roberts

Avid gamer

Suddenly in hospital on 8th July 2018 surrounded by his loving family, Stewart aged 51 years of Clitheroe and formerly of Gt Harwood.  The dearly loved husband of Lisa, loving dad of Matt and Alice, dear brother of Mark and Angela, also a dear brother-in-law, relative and good fried to many.

Stewart worked as a Health & Safety Manager at Baxenden Chemicals for over 2 years and previously worked at Tetrosil.  He worked in Health and Safety for the last 15 years.

He was born in Blackburn and raised in Gt Harwood.  It was there that he met his wife Lisa in the Cloggers and they have been together for over 30 years.  Stewart was a devoted family man and excellent cook who would create delicious meals for his family and friends who would often visit for dinner parties.  He loved his family holidays abroad too, both sightseeing and relaxing in the sunshine.  An avid gamer, Stewart spent many happy hours playing Gazer War and he was also a lifelong Blackburn Rovers fan and season ticket holder.  He would always attend games both home and away and in later years attended along with his wife and children.
