Sheila died at home on Easter Sunday, April 4th, aged 89.  Loving wife of the late Allan and beloved mum of Valerie, the late Judith, Alan, Peter, Linda and Kathryn, and a much loved mother-in-law to Anthony, Sarah, Lesley, Iain and Mick. She was a cherished grandma to Anthony, Natasha, Siobhán, Lindsay, Tamara, Michaela, Niamh, Alex, Matthew, Greg, Gabrielle, Joel, Harry and Joseph, and great grandma to Matias, Eva, Sylvia, Mia, Jack and Gabriel. Loving sister of Bill and Joyce.

Sheila lived all her life in Rishton and was school secretary at St. Charles before enjoying a full and happy retirement with Allan.  She remained active and well at home and spent Easter Saturday baking, enjoying visits from her family and sunning herself in the Turrets with her dear friend Marion.

My mother-in-law who reminded me of my mum. They shared the same name, the same Catholic faith and the same love and care for their big families. A much loved part of my life for over four decades.
