Devoted family lady

Suddenly at her home on 19th July 2018, Sandra aged 75 years of Accrington.  The devoted and much loved wife of Arthur, loving mum of Julie and Graham, dear mother-in-law of Gina and Garry, treasured sister of Alan and nani to Erin.

Sandra started her working life as a receptionist for the GPO and later worked as a receptionist for Gilbraith’s Transport and as a clerical assistant at Asda Associated Dairies.  She made many good friends and kept in touch with them following her retirement.

Sandra always looked forward to her holidays, especially to Spain and also worldwide and enjoyed a cruise around the Caribbean and America.

She was devoted to her family and spent all her time with her husband of 52 years.

Family flowers only and donations if desired to Multiple Sclerosis Society and the British Heart Foundation.
