Paul Rostron

Suddenly and unexpectedly on 28th July 2020, Paul aged 56 years of Belthorn.  The devoted husband of Tracey, loving Dad of Stephen and Kerry, much loved father in law of Sharron and Aaron and son in law to Danny and Margaret.

Paul was a loyal, true gentleman who was entirely devoted to his wife and family.  He started his career at Shorrock Security Systems and it was here that Paul met Tracey, the love of his life whom he later married.  They enjoyed 35 wonderful years of marriage together. Paul loved spending time in his garage tinkering with all of his spanners and tools and he will be remembered for his passion of cars Jeep, Jeep, Jeep! Outside of the garage he will also be remembered fondly for being the King of all sofas and keeper of the remote control. Paul thoroughly enjoyed his touring caravan holidays whilst watching his family grow up.  Once Stephen and Kerry had flown the nest, he enjoyed travelling to many foreign countries around the world with his wife. It is safe to say he never knew where he would be going next until he fell over the suitcases in the hallway that Tracey had packed after booking yet another trip. Paul will be remembered by all that knew him for his loyalty, hard working nature and being a devoted family man who appreciated the little things in life, being at his happiest when surrounded by his loving family.

Donations can be made in memory of Paul on behalf of the ITU unit at Harrogate District Hospital, who went above and beyond to not only look after Paul, but also his family.  To make a donation please click the “Make a Donation” button at the bottom of this page.
