Patricia Haslam (Patsy)

Patsy passed away peacefully on the 29th October 2021 at home with family by her side, aged 75 years.

Dearly loved partner of the late Ken, much loved mum to Shelly, dear mother in law to Shane, cherished nan to Laura and Jamie, adored great nan to Allayah, Amira, Rizwana and Aubree, loving sister to Veronica and Michael and a fun loving Patsy babes to many friends.

Patsy was born in Crosby, Liverpool. She moved to Southport and this is where much of her life was spent. Patsy worked as a cook in a nursing home before moving on to clean for the NHS. Patsy had to retire early due to her health.

Patsy was the most glamorous woman and would light up any room with her cheerful presence. She was the life and soul of any party and loved to be out and about socialising with her many friends. Patsy also cherished her family and her great grandchildren brought a sparkle to her eye especially Aubree, who shared many happy hour watching Chip and Potato with her.

Music was a big part of Patsy’s life. She loved her vinyl records and was a reggae fanatic. Patsy also loved to watch the old black and white movies.

She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving her.
