Neville Catherall
On 19th June 2023, suddenly at home, Neville aged 76 years of Clayton-Moors.
Son of the late Neville & Rhona, loving husband to Angela, devoted dad to Sarah, cherished grandad to Amy and Emily, much loved great grandad also a dear brother to Norman and John, brother-in-law, uncle and friend.
Neville was born 14th February 1947 in Connah’s Quay North Wales and grew up in Buckley. After leaving school he worked for the family haulage business before qualifying as a teacher. He went on to work at Saltney Wood Memorial School for his entire teaching career up till his retirement.
Neville was a keen football fan, particularly in his younger years, and used to regularly attend home matches at Wrexham Football Club.
Family holidays were regularly spent in Los Cristianos Tenerife and more recently Knott End. He loved to tell corny jokes and spend time with his family.
He leaves many happy memories with his loving family.

Sorry I could not attend but I watched the service. I have many memories of us growing up and travelling the country watching Wrexham. The two memories that stand out are the day he married you, Angela and the day Sarah was born. I have not met you for many years but often think of you. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
