Michael William McKenzie

Peacefully in the loving care of Hollin Bank House on 30th March 2020 Michael aged 81 years of Clayton-le-Moors. The devoted and much loved husband of Yvonne, loving dad of Maxine, step-dad of Geoffrey, dear father-in-law of Annette cherished grandad of Dominic, Amy, Donna and Kieran and also a loved great-grandad.

Michael worked as a dustbin man for many years for Hyndburn Borough Council and was a well known face locally. Michael loved country and western music and always looked forward to getting out to listen to his favourite groups. He was an avid steam train enthusiast and loved going to watch the trains as they passed by.
