Peacefully at her home on 29th October 2020 aged 81 years following a long battle with Alzheimers over many years,  Margaret of Clayton-le-Moors. The devoted wife of the late Brian, loving mother of Angela, Steven and Kathy, cherished grandma of Marina, Richard, David, Amanda and Ryan.

There was no one like mum, she will be sadly missed by all.

Margaret loved to talk and during her  school years she was known as Maggie Yap by her teachers. Following her school years Margaret began working for the National Coalboard as an office clerk. Following meeting her husband and having her family she became a full time mum devoting herself to the care of her children. She enjoyed bingo and always looked forward to a trip to the bingo hall. A favourite time in her life was when she moved to live in her static caravan at Blackpool where she stayed until her mid seventies.
