Malcolm's funeral will be held at Great Harwood Christian Fellowship Church, followed by Committal at Accrington Crematorium.

Malcolm Ramsden

Suddenly at his home on 23rd June 2021, Malcolm aged 84 years of Rishton and formerly of Ashton-Under-Lyne. The devoted and loved husband of Olga, loving dad of Jonathan, dear father-in-law of Adele, cherished grandpa of Jordan and Adam, dear brother of Russell and his wife Charlana and also a respected relative and friend to many.

Malcolm started his working life as an apprentice for Mather & Platt’s, Manchester. following the completion of his apprenticeship, Malcolm remained with the company for over forty years, his working role saw him travel across the globe. He enjoyed his work and made many good friends along the way. At home Malcolm always looked forward to supporting Rishton Cricket Club and was a former member. Holidays were a favourite time for Malcolm and each year he would enjoy a long break in Malta with his wife Olga. Malcolm was a devoted family man who always enjoyed spending time with his family. He also leaves his church family at Great Harwood Christian Fellowship where he was an active member of the congregation.
