Much loved family lady

On 22nd August 2018 peacefully in a private care home, Lois aged 83 years of Great Harwood.  The dearly loved wife of the late Albert, much loved and loving mum of Russell and Craig, loving grandma of Jamie, Joshua and Lorna.

Lois started her working life in the mills and later worked in the chicken shop in Great Harwood where she was well-known.  She was a home loving lady who loved cooking and made the best sausage rolls and broth.  She enjoyed evenings socialising at the Lidgett and the Victoria with friends. She enjoyed her holidays in Blackpool and loved shopping, along with her weekly visit to the hairdressers.
