Lindsay Birbeck

The much loved and adored mum and best friend of Steven and Sarah, dear daughter of Russell and the late Barbara, loving sister of Daryl and his wife Tracy, wife of Tim and also a cherished auntie, relative and good friend to all who knew her.

Lindsay was the most amazing mum she doted on her children and always gave her all to ensure that their life was fun and filled with laughter. She loved her work as a teaching assistant at Ightenhill School and she adored being surrounded by the children, she would go above and beyond her role and was always there to create the most amazing props for the school productions and displays. Lindsay had a very creative mind and loved to put pencil to paper to create one of her amazing drawings. Family holidays were always looked forward to, Lindsay loved nothing more than setting up camp at Silverdale and getting out to explore the open countryside walking for miles each day, but her favourite holidays were trips to Skiathos where she would relax on her sunbed sipping away on her favourite drink whilst soaking up the sun. Lindsay was always surrounded by her many friends and loved to spend time putting the world to right with her life long bestie ‘Shazbaz’.

Lindsay was  a truly selfless lady who always put others first and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
