Peacefully at East Lancashire Hospice on 23rd May 2018 surrounded by her loving family, Julie aged 68 years of Rishton. A dearly loved and devoted aunt and great-aunt, sister and a true and loyal friend to many.

Julie lived and breathed for her amateur dramatics and she was was a member of Blackburn Arts Society for many years. She was well known locally and throughout the north-west for her acting. Julie was the life and soul of the party with her fantastic sense of humour and her ability to talk to anyone about anything. She had friends and family all over the world, Julie was devoted to her family and was a most loyal friend to all who knew her.
