Proud mum and grandma

Suddenly at her home on 10th March 2018, Joyce aged 87 years of Blackburn. The devoted and much loved mum of Martin and dear mother-in-law of Teresa, cherished grandma of David, Emma, Chris and Katie, great-grandma of Jacob, Hollie, Masie, Theo, Noah, Joshua and Jack.

Joyce worked for the GPO for many years in London before moving to Blackburn in 1986 when she worked for BT and Blackburn Council. She was a keen gardener who kept her garden blooming with colour throughout the seasons and she was an avid knitter who was always making clothes for the family. Joyce was a very proud Grandma and devoted family lady who always looked forward to family visits. She particularly enjoyed family holidays to Cornwall, France and Scotland where the family enjoyed time together in a caravan.
