James Stanley Harrison ‘Stan’

Suddenly on 17th September 2019 at Belvedere Manor in Colne, Stan aged 95 years of Higherford. The devoted and much loved husband of Margaret, loving dad of Kathryn and the late Victoria, cherished grandad of Faye and Frazer and his partner Farrah.

Stan worked as an accountant all his working life, he worked for Carrington Viyella and later for Boundary Mill, he was passionate about his work and was a whizz with numbers, Stan remained working up until he reached the age of seventy nine years. He was a member of Nelson Golf Club and former member of the Nelson Rotary Club. Stan and Margaret enjoyed travelling and have shared many amazing holidays worldwide.
