A celebration of Jack's life will take place at Accrington Crematorium, Burnley Road, Accrington BB5 6HA
Jack Houldsworth
On 6th April 2019 suddenly in hospital, Jack aged 83 years of Oswaldtwistle. Husband of the late Sheila, father of Annette, father-in-law of Philip and grandad of Bethany. Jack was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by his family.
