Irene Robinson

Irene passed away peacefully on the 21st October, 2021 at Manor House, Chatburn aged 55 years.

Loving daughter to John and the late Valerie, devoted mum to Sophie and Joanne, cherished granny to Olivia also a much loved sister to Julie and friend to many.

For those attending Irene’s service, please wear an element of colour in memory of her vibrant and happy personality.

Irene held numerous jobs in the catering industry where she was a well respected member of each working team. Irene worked around her children – Sophie and Joanne. A supportive mum, she always encouraging the girls in whatever it was they were doing. Irene really looked forward to their family holidays abroad where she loved the hot weather and loved to lie in the sun on her sun lounger. Together as a family they also enjoyed their times spent in Llandudno. Irene adored becoming a granny to Olivia, and cherished her. Many happy times were spent visiting her in Devon. Irene loved her music and loved to sing along to Abba and socialising with her good friends, Maureen and Malcolm. She also loved her dogs and the time spent with her furry companions. Irene will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving her.
