Gillian Mary Rushton (Gill)

On 22nd June 2019 suddenly at her home, Gill aged 69 years of Accrington. The dearly loved wife of Martin, much loved mum of Janette and Martyn, mum-in-law of Steven and Catherine and loving grandma of Sam and Alfie.

Gillian was a nursery nurse at Thorneyholme for over 30 years and then worked for Silver Birches assisting families in need, a job which she loved.

A very chatty and sociable lady, Gillian enjoyed a tipple and a good gossip.  She loved her holidays in Benidorm and enjoyed catching up on all the latest soaps and gameshows and gossip magazines.
