Evelyn Mary Foster

Peacefully at her home on 8th June 2020, Evelyn aged 87 years of Clayton Le Moors formerly of South Wigston, Leicester.

The loving Mum of Annie, Julie and David, Dear Mother-In-Law of Keith and Sharon, Cherished Grandma to John, Emma, Jefferson, Robert, Christopher, Alysha and Taylor also Great Grandma of Lily and Archie a Dear Sister of Patricia and the late Mary also a dearly loved relative and friend to many.

Evelyn will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving her.

Evelyn was a dear friend for more than 40 years and I could not have asked for a better one. She was a wonderful person and I have so many happy memories of the good times we shared. It was a privilege to know her and she will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

For the six years I’ve known Evelyn, all I can say is ‘what a character she was’ and a lovely neighbour. She told me many stories of the countries she had lived in and how much she loved her garden flowers & reading. She will be truly missed by us all. RIP Evelyn

Evelyn was a lovely lady and she told me many stories of her life living abroad. She also liked to talk about any good books that she had read as she was a big Nora Roberts fan. Rest in Peace Evelyn.
