Etta Landles

Peacefully in hospital on 24th December 2018, Etta aged 90 years of Lammack, Blackburn.  Dearly loved wife of the late Fred, loving mum of the late Guy, loved mother-in-law of Dawn, cherished grandma of Ruby and Izzy, and dearly loved by Harry the family dog.

Etta spent her career as a hairdresser and had a salon with her sister, Connie.  She met her husband Fred at Tony’s ballroom and dancing and music were a big part of Etta’s life.

Etta was a fabulous cook and made the best sunday roast and lasagna.  She loved fashion and was a beautifully presented and elegant lady.  She was a loving and devoted mum and grandma and she particularly looked forward to lookng after her grandaughters after school.
