Duncan John Campbell
On 10th March, 2022 suddenly at his home, Duncan, aged 60 years of Huncoat. The dearly loved and loving husband of Anne, devoted and loving dad of Rory, Leah and Alistair, dear father in law of Bina, loving Grandad Grump of Harvey, Milo and Esmae, brother of Maria and Laura, also a much loved brother and uncle.
Duncan was the most well known and liked doorman, in and around Accrington. Every one loved this gentle giant who was always smiling. He was the life and soul of every party and adored times spent with friends and family. He was an antique fanatic and had created a fairy tale home of yesteryear complete with castle, post office and even an Irish Room where he could enjoy a pint of Guinness. Duncan loved trips to Lytham visiting the charity shops and car boot sales where he loved to find more things to add to his ever growing collection. Throwing himself wholeheartedly into everything he did, you couldn’t help but get caught up in his enthusiasm for life. Above all, Duncan was an amazing family man who gave them his all each and every day.
