The service to celebrate Denis’s life will take place at Pleasington Crematorium, Tower Road, Blackburn BB2 5LE.

"The bravest man"Denis, aged 62 years of Darwen, passed away peacefully at home on 16th August 2018.
A loved husband, dad, grandad, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and a dear friend to many. Denis will be sadly missed.
Denis enjoyed the best things in life, holidays, music and a good nightout with friends and family.
In his early days he was a keen amateur photographer. Musically he loved all things Punk and the Rolling Stones. He fancied himself as a bit of a MOD and tried to make his “Unforgettable Dream” become a reality with his Lambretta Trike conversion.
As his Grandson said ” The bravest man he’s ever known”.
A true fighter until the end, Rest In Peace Denis, now the Menace is free.
Rather than flowers the family would appreciate donations to the British Lung Foundation below and request that bright colours be worn.
