David Alderson

On 24th January, 2024, suddenly at his home, David, aged 75 years of Accrington. A much loved brother of Gordon and the late Shirley, loved uncle of Roger, Richard, Mark, Janette, Samantha and Tina, and loved great uncle of Isabella, Toby, Jayden and Noah. Much loved by his family.

“No need for grandeur or loud acclaim,

His character spoke, a silent flame.

A quiet force, a steady hand,

A life well-lived, like grains of sand.

As shadows fall and night draws near,

His memory lingers, crystal clear.

A gentleman, in quiet repose,

His legacy, a tranquil rose”.

Flowers will be received at the Chapel of Rest.
