Colin Hope

Lifelong Oswaldtwistle resident, Colin Hope, passed away in the Royal Blackburn Hospital on July 8th aged 84. After completing an apprenticeship in joinery, Colin worked at Shopfitters (Lancashire) Ltd. for over twenty five years where he rose to senior management. He ended his career in a teaching post with the RNID. Colin enjoyed music and films, was an avid reader and loved gardening and the countryside. He leaves a widow, four children and their partners and six grandchildren.
