Bernard Paul Mclaughlin (Bee)

On the 11th October, 2022 Bee peacefully passed away at home surrounded by his loving wife, son and daughter – at the age of 59. Precious husband to Tina, devoted Dad to Gary and Amy, cherished Grandpa of Oscar, Toby, Rex and Tilly, much loved father in law of Steph and Jason, treasured son of Paula and late Ben, beloved brother of Karen, Linda, Gail and Brian.
Bee was the most loving, caring man whose family was the most important thing to him. Throughout his career, Bee was a highly skilled toolmaker and automotive engineer, working at Futaba Manufacturing UK Ltd. Here, Bee enjoyed working alongside his colleagues, many of which were very good friends. Outside of work he loved taking his DIY skills into his garage, where he made many impressive creations which you will find around his house and garden. Bee and Tina spent most of their spare time creating and enjoying their beautiful gardens and going on long walks.
Being a Grandpa was the highlight of Bee’s life. He was completely devoted to his four grandchildren and loved nothing more than being surrounded by all his family.
Bee showed unbelievable strength, courage and bravery throughout the last 18 months. All his family are so proud of him and will miss him so very much.

I’ve just heard this sad news. I went to primary school in Langho with Bernard He was a great lad abd we became good friends right until we left St Augustines in 1979 after which I lost touch with him. So sad to hear this abd sincere condolences to all of Bernard’s family. RIP my old pal.

Although taken too soon, I hope you find comfort from the unconditional love you all shared. A genuine, loving and caring person. God Bless big cousin. Rest in Peace xxx

So sorry for your loss. Was a great man . Cancer is so cruel and always seems to take the best people away from us.
