Barbara Joyce Bailey

Suddenly in hospital on 11th June 2018, Barbara aged 75 years of Clayton-le-Moors and formerly of Burnley. The devoted and much loved mum of Karen and Robert, dear mother-in-law of Sandie, cherished nanna of Martyn, Matthew, Michelle and Michael, dear sister of Brenda and John, sister-in-law of Raymond.

Barbara spent her working life in the factories and shops. She enjoyed her work and made many good friends. She always looked forward to her weekly visit to Asda and could often be found sat back in her favourite arm chair knitting away. Barbara loved to put pen to paper to complete the latest puzzles and crosswords. Barbara was known for her love of house plants and always enjoyed working way with her green fingers. A devoted family lady who always loved to get the family together and spoil them with one of her mouth watering Sunday roast dinners.
