Anne Sears

On 31st October 2023 in Portugal, Anne aged 62 years of Blackburn. The devoted and much loved mother of Sarah, Claire and Rachael, dear mother-in-law of Darren, cherished grandma of Oliver, Joseph, Jessica, Isaac, Jacob, Thomas, Louis and Jack and a loved friend to many.

The go to person for many, Anne was strong, loyal, dependable and trustworthy, her home always had an open door policy and everyone was welcome and when you arrived you would be greeted with the most welcoming smile and made to feel safe. She was the most doting mum and grandma and she adored each of her grandchildren and she loved nothing more than the chance to spoil them with love, treats and kindness and they always looked forward to sleepovers. She enjoyed shopping and Anne’s cupboard were always bursting full of treats and goodies which the family would enjoy when visiting. Anne was the most talented artist and she loved to settle in a quite space to create her latest masterpiece. She was a devoted member of the congregation at Clayton Baptist Church and Anne was loved and respected buy all who knew her.
