Ann Dance

Ann passed away peacefully in hospital, aged 71yrs of Clayton-le-Moors, ‘Fortified By The Rites Of Holy Mother Church’. The dearly loved wife of John, devoted and loving mum of John, Anita and Helen, also a much loved mother in law grandma, sister in law and auntie. Requiescat in Pace.

Ann had her dream job at Wythenshawe Hospital where she worked for 45 years as a domestic cleaner. Popular and well liked she made so many work friends especially Tina and she never took a day off, working come hail, rain or shine. Ann left a lovely footprint wherever she went – bubbly, down to earth, genuine and sweet, her golden heart was massive. She was a wonderful Christian, devoted  to her church –  St Alban’s RC Church in Blackburn and her favourite disciple was John. Ann also enjoyed Holy films,  The Revelation being her favourite. She enjoyed her food and each week loved to be wined and dined at The Hyndburn Bridge and together with her daughter Helen, they would enjoy their girlie pamper nights having manicures and facials. Ann also enjoyed trips out discovering new places and beaches. She will be remembered  for being a wonderful mum and friend who was beautiful inside and out.
