Ann ‘Christine’ Ainscough

Peacefully on the 15th December 2019  at East Lancashire Hospice with family by her side Christine aged 68 years.

Dearly loved wife of Brian much loved mum of Dave & Paul, a dear mother in law of Steph and Claire, devoted grandma of Scarlet, Jesse, Dylan, Jude and Willow, sister of Stephen and sister in law of Christine also a dear friend of David and Lynne and David and Pauline.

 

Christine started her working life as a Civil Servant in Accrington before becoming a housewife when her two boys Dave and & Paul was born. Christine in later years became an office manager for her husband Brian and finally Christine retired from Lancashire County Council, she thoroughly enjoyed her work and excelled in all that she did.

Family holidays was a must each year and in her spare time Christine enjoyed reading and General walking.

Friendship was really important to her and she built great relationships with the people closest to her.

Christine’s family would like to thank all the staff at The East Lancashire Hospice and the Royal Blackburn Hospital for all the Love Support and Care shown not only to Christine but also to her family at a difficult time.
