Dear Joanne and family. I have only just found out from another old work colleague from Hydrair who has just told me of this very very sad news. I knew Andy for many years when he worked with me and my ex husband Adrian at Hydrair. He was such a great, noisy guy who you could hear a mile away with his bellowing laugh and ever large presence. The last time I saw Andy was at Granville’s funeral (another colleague from hydrair) and it was so nice to see him and I will always remember him dearly. My deepest condolences to you and your children. I’m sure he will live on in your children’s lives. Thinking of you all xxx

I’m so sad to hear of Andy’s passing, we were good friends throughout the late 80s and 90s. I have nothing but great memories of him, from working with him at Priestley’s through to his wedding day and the birth of Matthew and Hanna, he was a truly great guy and my life has been richer for knowing him. My deepest sympathies are with you Joanne, Mathew and Hanna. God bless. Andy.
