Due to current restrictions a private invitation only funeral service will be held at Accrington Crematorium

Alison Carter

On 2nd March 2021 at Royal Blackburn Hospital Alison aged 81 years.

Loving wife to Norman, dearly loved mum to Andrea and Stephen, doting grandma/nana to Evie, Max, Nikki and Gareth also a cherished great nana to Mia.

Alison spent most of her working life surrounded by children in her role as Nursery Manager at Queen Street Day Nursery in Great Harwood, Alison enjoyed this role thoroughly up until retirement. In her spare time she loved nothing more than being surrounded by the love of her grandchildren. Alison was a active lady she loved to Walk to keep fit and enjoyed the fast pace of Zumba. Holidays to Austria, Romania and Croatia were always looked forward to time spent with her husband and family was precious to her.

Alison will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving her.
