The ceremony to celebrate and give thanks for Alan's life will take place at Accrington Crematorium followed by cremation.
Alan Almond
On 26th February 2020 Alan aged 79 years of Great Harwood sadly passed away in Royal Blackburn Hospital after a long illness bravely borne.
Dearly loved husband of Carole, much loved dad and father in law of Debs and Tony, Paul, Jaks and Ray dear step father to Janine, Shaun and Lisa wonderful grandad to James, Kyle, Lewis, Tara, Cory and Lexie also a great grandad to Oliver a loving brother to Robert the late Margaret and Albert uncle to Alan, Martin, David and Carol, Alan was also a dear brother in law and friend to many.
Alan worked for many years as an engineer at Matthew Brown Brewery in Blackburn and also for Wirral Foods in Great Harwood.
He will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.
Family flowers only please, donations are being gratefully received in memory of Alan to The East Lancashire Hospice.
