MESSAGES for the family of William James Rainford – Bill

David & Jennifer Gerrard (N.B. ONCE IN A LIFETIME)

We have known Bill since about 1977-78 always a pleasure to meet him and talk. To us he was Mr Lancaster Canal his knowledge of the canal and boating was phenomenal. It was always the highlight of our recent trips to see him and Maureen at the Savick Brook Locks. PS When I clean my heat plugs on my BMC 1.5 I will always think of BILL for he taught me about the use of a 5/16 drill to clean the carbon residue away.

David and Jean Peet

In loving memory of our Brother-in-Law Bill, he will be sadly missed.
