On 18th March 2026, peacefully in Spring Hill Care Home. Peter aged 85 years. Son of the late Albert and Mary Kay, Brother of Ann, John, David and Elaine. Peter was well known in the area and was a regular at Joe Mortimers or Morts during the Teddyboy hey days of the 50s and 60s. an HGV driver most of his working life he started as a young man driving trucks for Thwaites Brewery, Blackburn before retiring as a Tipper Truck driver on Whinney Hill. he will be sadly mised by all who know him.
